Celebrating International Women’s Day with a breakfast panel “Celebrating the Path to Success: Why Mistakes Are Mandatory” organised by AmCham and The Women’s Foundation. Panelists Su-Mei Thompson, Karin Ann, Kimberley Cole and Julia Charlton moderated by Elaine Cheung shared their thoughts based on combined decades of leadership experience on a wide range of issues including handling, recovering from and building positively on mistakes, going against the flow, the importance of winning partnerships and encouraging independent thought and initiative in organisations.
