Many of our lawyers are dual qualified in Hong Kong and in various other major jurisdictions. Our team’s diversity ultimately benefits our clients, many of whom work across borders and cultures and require the support of informed professionals capable of understanding the nuances of the global environment in which they operate.
Charltons is also committed to retain female talent in the legal profession. This commitment was recognised at the 2012 and 2013 Euromoney Legal Media Group’s Asia Women in Business Law Awards. Approximately half of Charltons’ associates are women, while women are in the majority in the firm’s Beijing, Shanghai and Yangon offices, which are also all also managed by women.
