Biography
Holy joined Charltons as an intern and completed her training contract with the firm before being admitted as a solicitor in 2025.
Holy’s practice focuses on corporate finance, capital market and commercial transactions, including public offerings, placings, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border corporate transactions, financing transactions, funds as well as licensing matters. Holy also advises clients on ongoing regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
