Biography
Drexyl Joined Charltons in 2025 and prior to that, Drexyl practised PRC law at leading PRC law firms, as well as worked in a global mining company as an in-house legal counsel. Drexyl qualified as a lawyer in the People’s Republic of China in 2021 (currently non-practising) and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2023.
Drexyl’s practice focuses on corporate finance and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, funds, licensing matters and cross-border corporate transactions. Benefitting from his prior experience, Drexyl has thorough understanding of PRC-related commercial matters and the mining industry.
