On 27 October 2025, our firm hosted a webinar on the listing requirements for mineral companies on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under Chapter 18 of the Main Board Listing Rules. The session examined eligibility criteria, waivers from financial standards, resource portfolio requirements, and disclosure obligations for mineral and petroleum companies.

It addressed Competent Person’s Reports, accepted reporting standards, continuing obligations, and transactional rules applicable to listed issuers acquiring mineral or petroleum assets.
