Biography
Aaron joined Charltons in 2019 and qualified as a Hong Kong solicitor in 2021. He subsequently worked at an international law firm as a corporate and M&A associate and at a global e-commerce and technology platform as a legal counsel, before rejoining Charltons in 2026. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border corporate transactions, funds, licensing and other regulatory matters.
