HKEX Treasury Shares Regime and Company Re-domiciliation Regime in Hong Kong

This session will discuss amendments to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, including the treasury shares regime applicable to companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which are incorporated in Hong Kong and certain other jurisdictions, and key implications for overseas companies seeking to re-domicile to Hong Kong.
