Xinran graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2016 and from the University of Hong Kong with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2018. Prior to joining Charltons, Xinran earned her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (P.C.LL.) from the University of Hong Kong.

Xinran’s practice focuses on corporate finance and commercial transactions, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, post-IPO regulatory compliance as well as licensing matters.
