Luye received her training in a multi-disciplined law firm before joining Charltons as a solicitor, during which she had the opportunity to work in various practice areas with a particular focus on the commercial field. She primarily handled transactions relating to private mergers and acquisition and was responsible for conducting due diligence, drafting Sale & Purchase Agreements, Assignments of Shareholder’s Loans and assisted in completions.

Currently at Charltons, Luye’s practice focuses on corporate finance and commercial transactions.
